HEARTFELT THANKS FOR SAVING HIS LIFE

-

TONY Frosh knew things weren’t quite right with his heart the moment he landed in Cairns more than a week ago. The healthy King Island, Tasmania, resident had flown to the tropics with wife Colleen O’Flaherty for a holiday, but started suffering consistent chest and neck pains. “We decided to go to a 24-hour doctor and they called an ambulance straight away,” he said. Mr Frosh, 61, suffered a heart attack and required three stents. He thanked the hospital’s staff for saving his life. “Everyone, right up to the surgeons, has been fantastic,” he said. He urged anyone suffering symptoms of a heart attack to contact a medical professional immediately.
