Friendly service at local store

-

THE iconic site of Redlynch IGA Xpress has been home to a number of convenience stores for almost a century, having stores operate on the site for the past 95 years.

The store has been operating under the Redlynch IGA Xpress banner since 2007 and, prior to that, was previously known as Redlynch General Store.

The Redlynch General Store was instantly recognisable for its old-time timber awning shop front, which complemented the vintage aesthetics of Redlynch and neighbouring suburb Freshwater at the time.

However, as the suburbs continued to develop, so too did the iconic convenience store.

A countless number of stores, owners and employees have come and gone over the years, however, the friendly neighbourhood service, quality products and competitive prices have always remained the same.

The independent, local, and family-owned and operated business uses local suppliers wherever possible and supports other local businesses for things like store maintenance and other services.

Offering phone credit, ATM facilities, bait, ice, groceries, fruit and veg, hot and cold drinks, takeaway fast food and fresh sandwiches made instore, Redlynch IGA Xpress employs 5 staff members with years of retail and food service experience.

Whether you’re collecting the paper in the morning, grabbing something to eat for smoko, taking the kids for lollies after school, getting last-minute bait and ice for the camping trip, picking up that dinner ingredient you could’ve sworn you had in the pantry, or just dropping in to say g’day – whatever the reason, Redlynch IGA Xpress’ gives a free friendly experience with each purchase.
