Barnaby in FNQ

MAREEBA growers will meet Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce to tackle the big issues in the region this morning. Sugar marketing, bananas, biosecurity, water, vegetation management and northern development will be discussed. Hinchinbrook MP Andrew Cripps and LNP candidate for Barron River Michael Trout will also attend the meeting at Marlin Mangoes on Gilmore Rd, Emerald Creek. Mr Joyce will then speak with Tully banana growers impacted by Panama disease and cane growers in Ingham.
