Debra’s new book puts a zing into healthy living

-

CAIRNS author, chiropractor and wellness specialist Debra Lawson says her new book, Fountains of Youth, will help readers achieve a healthier, longer and sexier life.

Two years in the making, the book covers everything from telomere support (cell re- juvenation) to sleep therapy, detoxing, colon cleansing and having more orgasms.

Dr Lawson says the book will help people to listen to and understand their bodies.

“I have been in the wellness and medical industry for 30 years and I have seen a lot of anti-ageing fads come and go,” she said.

“There are many tried and true practices that actually do work and I wanted to use my knowledge, medical experience and personal insights to shine the light on the realistic ways you can apply to your life to feel younger, healthier and live longer.

“With women, I find the anti-ageing process is of particular interest and, being a woman myself with many female clients, I wanted to write a book aimed at answering their questions, while separat- ing the fluff and sales pitch, if you like, from the facts so people can make informed decisions about longevity.”
