Lithium explorer

THREE of four mineral exploration permits submitted by Lithium Australia for the Amber Project have been granted. The project lies southwest of Cairns. No lithium exploration had been previously recorded. Managing director, Adrian Griffin said the company had identified North Queensland as a region with the “optimum geological history to host major lithium deposits”. He said the project added significantly to Lithium Australia’s Queensland portfolio.
