Oils ain’t Oils for some

TO echo Sue Day (CP, 29/9) I am also disappointed to miss out on Midnight Oil (tickets).

I logged on from 9.58am yet still couldn’t get through to purchase a ticket. I even drove to Cairns Regional Council to secure a ticket only to find they sold out while I was standing there waiting.

Having never seen this amazing band live I was really looking forward to it.

Maybe Midnight Oil will take pity on all us frustrated fans and give us a concert at the showground or convention centre next time so we can all enjoy the spectacle. Andrew Roberts, Parramatta Park.
