What’s love got to do with it?

THE stated reason the yes voters didn’t want a plebiscite was the fear of abuse against gays. Yet the opposite is true and the venom is coming from the yes side.

I am not very religious but I was watching the news of a yes rally and they were holding up a big sign “Burn churches not queers”.

I think this says it all about the yes advocates and made it easy to decide to vote no. Especially when the news that night also reported a Catholic priest being spat on in Brisbane mall by a yes advocate. The behaviour by the yes side is disgusting. Tony McKenzie, Trinity Beach
