Tallis likes fairy tales
THE man who inspired Scott Bolton to charge into the NRL says the fairy tale is not over for the Cowboys prop and his teammates.
Brisbane Broncos premiership winner and Fox League commentator Gorden Tallis said the grand final tomorrow would be the battle of the two most resilient teams in the competition and every Cowboy was playing their part.
“It’s about how hard they work for each other,” Tallis said. “There’s been that much written about Michael Morgan and Jason Taumalolo but it just proves they’re not just a two-man team. Their whole roster has lifted.”
He said he was quietly confident North Queensland would be celebrating. “The fairy tale is not over yet,” Tallis said.
