SHAREHOLDERS OF Lithium Australia are invited to participate as priority applicants in the initial public offering of BlackEarth Minerals. The opportunity has come about after Lithium Australia sold its non-core graphite assets to BlackEarth Minerals. In order to participate in the offer, eligible shareholders should apply after November 15 at blackearthminerals.com.au using their Holder Identification Number or Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) and submit the application in accordance with the online instructions prior to November 30.
