Man to face court
A MOSSMAN man accused of forcing his way inside a business twice on New Year’s Eve, causing damage and stealing alcohol, is due to appear in court later this month. It is alleged the 23-yearold initially broke into the Front St business at 10.30am on December 31 and stole alcohol before returning about 2pm to steal more booze. He also allegedly stole a can of spam from another business on Alchera Dr about 4.30pm. He will face the Mossman Magistrates Court charged with break and enter and enter with intent and two counts of enter premises and commit.
