Woodland adventure

-

La Boite Theatre Company will bring an adaptation of The Wind in the Willows to Horsham Town Hall on Friday night as part of a national tour.

Marketing and box office co-ordinator Charee Smith said audiences would be treated to an exciting show incorporating interactive elements for children including songs and puppetry.

The Wind in the Willows aims to take people on a heartfelt and humorous adventure that explores humanity, time and the value of friendship.

Ms Smith said Kenneth Grahame’s rollicking tale of four woodland creatures was ideal for children aged four to 12 – and anyone who enjoyed messing about in boats.

The Wind in The Willows is a one-man show, with Australian actor Shaka Cook playing all of the familiar characters, Ratty, Mole, Badger and the incorrigible Mr Toad.

Tickets for the 6pm show cost $15 or $10 each for groups of six or more.
