Man injured

Paramedics treated a man injured after a fire broke out in the cabin of a truck near Dadswells Bridge on Monday night.

Emergency services responded to a call to the Western Highway incident just after 10.30pm. A man aged in his 40s had burns to his legs. The man also injured his ankle when he jumped from the truck to escape the fire.

He went to Wimmera Base Hospital in a stable condition.
