Neck and neck
Morgan Fogarty, 38, and Callum Norton, 118, jostle for position as carnage unfolds behind them during Victorian Motocross Championship action at Dooen. The riders were the talk of the championship’s opening round after stunning performances across the weekend. Lorne’s Norton successfully defended his Horsham title by winning the MX1 class on Saturday before taking on Kinglake West’s Fogarty, who won the MX2 class on Sunday. The championship round, hosted by Horsham Motorcycle Club, featured 275 riders from across Victoria and interstate riding in seven classes. Horsham officials are now preparing for club activities before presenting the fourth round of the Barry Francis Western Region Series on June 17. Picture: PAUL CARRACHER
