Providing world-class care

-

July 1, 2018 marked 21 years since Wimmera Foot and Ankle Clinic opened in Horsham in a small house in Baillie Street.

For more than 21 years we have travelled all over the Wimmera-mallee, meeting and helping many great people.

Our team has shown great professionalism and enthusiasm to continually provide the level of care our patients deserve.

In 2000, just as Sydney was hosting the Olympics, we moved to the top end of town. Our clinic was where Woody’s meats used to be, next to Jos Lane.

During eight years in this location, we brought retail footwear and podiatry together – one of the first of the few podiatry clinics to do so in Australia.

Eventually we outgrew this location and were fortunate enough to secure one of the best business locations in town – ‘Brian Murray’s Camera Shop’ building.

This enabled us to take podiatry clinic design and footwear to an unprecedented level. After 10 years in this location it still holds up as world-class for a podiatry clinic-shoe store.

So why am I sharing this story with you? Well, for two reasons – to say thank you for supporting us to provide excellent service and knowledge in a beautiful environment. Secondly, to say thank you for being part of the reason we can continue to provide our region with some of the best quality health care in Australia.

As a reward for your support, we are running a competition for one lucky entrant to win $500 worth of podiatry consultations.

All you need to do is have a standard podiatry consult in July and you will go into a draw. More details are available in the store.

So, thank you for the last 21 years from me, my family and the team at Wimmera Foot and Ankle Clinic. Have a great day,

– Adam Chalmers
