5 Bayside Food Truck Fiesta

Twenty-plus of Melbourne’s best food trucks will be on rotation over five days in March. There will be a bar, picnic rugs, kids’ activities and more. The fiesta is right next to the St Kilda Sea Baths, so bring your togs for a pre-meal dip. 4 Melbourne Tomato Festival

The humble tomato is behind some of the best menu items – lasagna, pasta, pizza – and don’t even get us started on Bloody Marys. 3 Queen Victoria Summer Night Markets

Each Wednesday night till March 8 more than 60 street food stalls are cooking delicious snacks like smoky American barbecue, Greek souva, bao sandwiches, fresh fruit or gelato for dessert.
