ÁKAWS: COMPANIONS­HIP IN THE AGE OF LONELINESS

For several decades, Kaws has been one of the world’s most prolific contempora­ry artists. He’s collaborat­ed with MTV, Nike and Uniqlo, and designed album covers for Kanye West and Towa Tei. This new exhibition at the NGV features paintings, sculptures, graphic design and product design, covering the full spectrum of his creative output. BALENCIAGA: SHAPING FASHION

This exhibition from the Victoria and Albert Museum in London features Balenciaga’s garments from the 1950s and ’60s including ensembles made for actress Ava Gardner and socialites Gloria Guinness and Mona von Bismarck.
