GRAND PRIX SEASON SINGAPORE
September brings thrilling races, high-octane glamour and non-stop excitement with Grand Prix Season Singapore. The highlight of the event is the Formula One Night Race on Marina Bay Street Circuit, where the world’s top race drivers navigate the circuit’s twists and turns at up to 300km/hour after the sun sets. Race fans will also be treated to a line-up of concerts from headliners including Bon Jovi and Pharrell Williams. Sep 11-20.
WTA FINALS
The prestigious tournament is the highlight of the women’s circuit and features a record US$7 million purse. Besides the top-ranked players, witness tennis legends and promising young talent in action at the Singapore Sports Hub with the WTA Legends Classic, WTA Rising Stars Invitational and WTA Future Stars competition. CHRISTMAS LIGHT UP
The famous shopping belt on Orchard Road is spectacularly lit up every December to ramp up the festive mood. Meanwhile, Christmas spreads and Yuletide menus pop up at restaurants across the island. Nov 14-Jan 3.
YEAR-END PARTIES
Join 40,000 revellers at ZoukOut 2015, the giant dance and music festival on Sentosa’s Siloso Beach, with big names in dance music such as Tiesto, DJ Snake and more. www.zoukout.com. Dec 11-12.
