THE FIRST FILM I EVER SAW

THE LAND THAT TIME FORGOT. I saw it in Millport on the isle of Cumbrae; they have a tiny cinema which I think is still going. We were on a family holiday. Movies used to run on loops and we missed the first couple of minutes, or so my parents told me, but I saw it in later years and we missed the first half of the film! But I was seven, so I bought it. It was a film full of dinosaurs, which were pretty shonky – lizards with bits stuck on them. But memory told me they were brilliant stop-motion creations.
