Jean Arthur plays a prim Iowa congresswoman intent on cracking down on lax morals, only to find herself in a love triangle with sultry singer Marlene Dietrich and duplicitous US army officer John Lund. A generous helping of extras includes a lengthy video essay in which film critic Kat Ellinger chronicles Billy and Marlene’s parallel career paths.
