H.R. Giger’s creation boasts an inner set of pharyngeal jaws located at the tip of a proboscis that can smash through skulls. Italian FX artist Carlo Rambaldi made the teeth from polyester and chrome-plating, while the lips and tendons were assembled from torn condoms.
