PRS Sonzera
Despite blazing a trail with what are probably the best mid-level guitars on the market, ‘affordable’ isn’t always associated with PRS. The Sonzera amp line aims to change that perception. The range comprises a 20-watt combo, 50-watt combo and 50-watt head and cab, starting at £699. Each model has two channels, each seemingly designed to be closely related tonally, or to give a completely different feel depending on how you choose to use it. The Sonzera 20 features 6L6 power valves, while the 50-watters use EL34s, with both already finding fans among Minus The Bear, Black Stone Cherry and Snarky Puppy.
