Cantrell usually uses his G&L Rampage guitar equipped with just a single bridge position humbucker. Tonal variations in the solo come courtesy of his Dunlop Cry Baby wah pedal – all the rest is in Jerry’s fingers! Amp-wise he used a Bogner Fish preamp and a modified Marshall JCM800. The rhythm guitars are multi-tracked, so dial in some light chorus to emulate the effect.
