Most of the main solo is based in the minor pentatonic scale but, as Kirk moves around the fretboard a bit, play through the shapes shown here and you’ll get a better feel for how the solo is put together. The song is in DGCFAD tuning, so what looks like the E minor pentatonic scale is actually D minor.
