One for money, two for show, three for people of Ravenshoe
AN internationally- renowned Legends Showcase will double as a fundraiser for victims of the Ravenshoe cafe explosion at the Townsville RSL Club at 7.30pm on July 11.
Legends Showcase is a musical spectacular starring Mark Andrew.
The highly- regarded impersonator is an entertainer with more than 15 years of experience and extremely versatile talent.
He has mastered the looks and sounds of Dean Martin, Buddy Holly, Tom Jones, Austin Powers and Elvis Presley.
Legends Showcase is a Las Vegas style, international class show.
The first part will take the audience back to those early concert show years and Mark will perform as Dean Martin, Buddy Holly, Tom Jones and Austin Powers.
Mark interacts with his audience and gives everybody an incredible personal experience.
In the second half Mark will leave his audience spellbound, with his uncanny portrayal of Elvis Presley.
With the change of wardrobe the man morphs into the mega star personalities of Elvis, Tom Jones, Dean Martin, John Lennon, Austin Powers, Jim Morrison, John Travolta ( Grease) and friends.
His performance is an intoxicating, high energy and nostalgic immersion in yesterday’s chart- busters.
Tickets are $ 30 for RSL members or $ 40 for nonmembers.
Raffles and an auction will also be held on the night.
All proceeds will go to Strength For Ravenshoe, a group gathering funds desperately needed for the upkeep of victims’ homes and the work of the local community centre.
