Hitler relic up for sale

-

THE infamous telegram which Hitler’s deputy sent to him in the dying days of World War II is up for auction. Luftwaffe chief and Gestapo founder Hermann Goering sent the telegram on April 23, 1945, asking for permission to assume leadership of the crumbling Third Reich. The telegram sent Hitler into a rage and caused him to strip his successor of power. Now it is to go under the hammer at an auction house in the US today, where it is expected to sell for more than $ 31,000.
