SELLERS WARM TO COOL CHANGE

-

For Paul Willis, who has just listed his home at 4 Rivergreen Circuit, Douglas, it doesn’t matter what time of the year you choose to sell your home.

“For me it doesn’t impact the sale too much because it’s more about where the market is at and whether you’re ready to sell and buy,” he said.

“We’ve bought in the city and are looking to upsize, so the seasons didn’t factor into our decision too much at all.

“Our home is of a very high quality, so I’m not expecting to sell it within two or three weeks but I’m very happy with the amount of interest we’ve been getting.

“With a house like this you have to be patient and when the right buyer finds it they will snap it up.”
