Mugshot a fair cop
A CHEEKY wanted man who complained about the quality of his mugshot when police posted a warrant for his arrest on social media could get his wish.
Daniel Damon was arrested yesterday in Narre Warren, Victoria, after a few days of “getting his things in order”. Victoria Police posted a photo of the Bendigo man on Facebook on Monday, issuing a warrant for his arrest after he failed to answer bail for traffic and drug matters.
He replied to the post asking police to use a better photo, describing the one they used as “horrible”. Police were quick to offer to deliver: “Hi Daniel, please visit your nearest police station and we’ll arrange for a new photo to be taken!”
