Tyro picks up a double

COWBOYS winger Gideon Gela- Mosby resumed his tryscoring prowess with a double in the North Queensland under- 20s’ 34- 16 win over the Manly Sea Eagles.

The young Cowboys extended their winning streak to seven with the win.

Gela- Mosby missed the Cowboys’ last round win over the St George- Illawarra Dragons through under- 20s State of Origin duties, but made his comeback in style to take his tally to 23 tries from 17 games this year.

Mitch Dunn, Scott Schulte, Temone Power and Andrew Niemoeller also scored to help North Queensland maintain second place on the Holden Cup ladder.

The Cowboys face 11thplaced Parramatta in Townsville next week.
