Back in saddle at property institute
PROPERTY valuer Jennifer- lee Sinclair has been re- elected chairwoman of the Australian Property Institute’s Townsville Discussion Group for a second term.
The institute represents 8600 property professionals nationally, including valuers, project managers, property analysts and fund managers, property lawyers and property researchers.
Ms Sinclair said the institute’s role was to maintain the highest standards of professional practice, education, ethics and professional conduct, and the discussion groups provided educational opportunities with a focus on local issues.
She said the new Townsville committee would host a series of events over the next 12 months.
“The events provide a valuable forum for valuers and other property professionals to engage with each other and discuss and pinpoint any local issues in the property sector,” she said.
She is a valuer and senior project manager with Opteon Property Group in Townsville.
