Nasty result of being nice

RECENT editorials and articles highlight the “Zeitgeist of the nice”.

We must all be “nice” and be polite and pleasant to the suicide bombers, jihadist lunatics, Green Trotskyites and, in fact, everyone who wants to kill us and destroy our civilisation.

Why? Because that is the thing to do.

Our government fools, who let the barbarians through the gate in the first place, because that was the nice thing to do, want us all to remain calm and nice so we do not ask some hard questions about what caused our problem in the first place. “nice”

It was because our government was being nice to the UN.

Nice to Middle Eastern murderers and camel herders. Nice to the Trotskyite Greens. Nice to LGBTIQ loonies. In fact, nice to everyone except us, mainstream Australia and our families.

Now they want us to remain nice in the face of adversity.

I have bad news. The mainstream “niceness index” shows a very steep decline in niceness. In fact, there are indications a large part of us, may shortly, become very, very, very rude. CHRIS SQUELCH,
