Delegation to take on Asia

ACTOR Sofia Vergara is on an inspiratio­nal drive to encourage greater diversity on our screens.

The Colombian model ( above), best known as Gloria on Modern Family, reveals in The House of Wellness ( top) that the character was actually A DELEGATION of business people will travel to Singapore in September to explore potential opportunit­ies in the South Asian market.

The Singapore Insight Delegation­s will be run from September 4- 8 and give participan­ts an understand­ing of what the next generation of Singaporea­n investors is looking for.

They will also be able to learn directly from local financiers and portfolio managers on how Australian business can take advantage of the similariti­es between the countries’ legal and financial systems.
