ROOKIES DO HARD YARDS

THE North’s Block fans will be cheering on former Cowboys hooker Clint Amos and his wife, Hannah, when they make their debut tomorrow night. But it’s a tough initiation for the renovation rookies ( pictured far right), who relocated to Melbourne with son Finn, 5, and daughter Poppy, 3, just before they were cast on the reality show. “Those first two nights we felt inferior,” Clint said of their Block introduction. “I just had a knot in my stomach. For the first time in my life I was like, ‘ I don’t know what to do’.” But the couple’s fighting spirit impressed Block co- host Shelley Craft, who described them as a formidable team despite their tough first week.
