SUPERBLY UNCOMFORTABLE

-

you haven’t been loving Larry David in all his awkward glory since forever ago, then where have you been, kid? I can’t describe how happy I am to be getting brand new Curb Your Enthusiasm episodes on the regular.

If you’re new to Curb, this show is so amazing in all the ways. Firstly, because of my love for Seinfeld, this was always going to be a winner.

The show about nothing’s co- creator Larry David writes and stars in Curb as a version of himself. A version of himself lacking a filter, a heart and, a good brain. You might think you’re awkward or have done bad things in your life, but Larry’s character in Curb your Enthusiasm is next level. It’s “hold your face because you feel so uncomfortable watching the TV” next level.

Foxtel is airing season nine now and it’s been a long, hard wait for us fans with season eight finishing in 2011.

I’ve just knocked over episode two in the series and I’m pleased to say the writing is su- perb! Nothing’s lacking in this season so far, with the same strong characters, the same awkward encounters and the same ridiculous storylines. To get you up to speed in a very tiny nutshell – Larry’s new project Fatwa! The Musical resulted in the ayatollah declaring a real- life fatwa against Larry – a death sentence, which means he’s fearing for his life and having to disguise himself in public. Amazing! It can only get better from here.
