SECRET ANGEL COMES TO FORE
A “MYSTERY” woman who helped two victims of a serious road accident says she acted on instinct.
Michelle Miller came to the aid of a 69- year- old driver and his specialneeds daughter after they were in- volved in a three- car crash last t Sunday. at the Ms intersection Miller witnessed of Shaw the accident, and Dalt rymple roads, from her car.
“It was terrible what happened and the extent of the injuries,” she said. “We were about 100m from the intersection and stopped to put the hazard lights on.
“As I got out. There was another lady ringing emergency services.”
Ms Miller said she acted out of instinct, knowing it was likely that someone was hurt.
She passed a car with screaming children inside, but soon realised the occupants of another car needed immediate help.
The driver was unconscious at the wheel and his daughter, Tracey, was also injured.
“I stayed with Tracey until emergency services turned up,” Ms Miller said. “I was basically talking to her and we rang her mother a couple of times.
“She said she was sore and I explained emergency services were there and kept her updated as to what was going on.”
Last week the driver’s wife Rhonda appealed through the Bulletin for the unknown woman who helped her husband and daughter to make contact so she could thank her.

Ms Miller met with Tracey Townsville Hospital on Friday.
“We had a good chat and she’s going to be on the mend,” she said.
Tracey’s father remains in serious s but stable condition Townsville T Hospital.
Every rib on his right side and three vertebra were broken, his chest and pelvis were crushed and a lung collapsed.
Townsville Forensic Crash Unit’s Acting Sergeant Rick North said no charges had been laid over the crash. at a in
