is this insatiable thirst we have for nostalgia at the moment?

Loving the moments that “take us back” rather than cast us into the scary future ( maybe it’s just me). Everything old is new again! We’re watching reboots, remakes and listening to remixes. It reminds me of the days I didn’t have to pay bills, wash and fold my undies and make my own dinner — and I loved those days. That’s why I was super DOOPER EXCCCIIITTTEEEDDD to see Netflix bring back the “Fab Five”! Remember the fab five? Those glorious, delicious, toned beautiful five gay men who saw a straight man doing it tough and sprinkled glitter all over his life to make it better.

What once was Queer Eye for the Straight Guy in the noughties has now returned as Queer Eye.

It’s brand new but packed full of that old stuff we love. Yes it still includes those five amazingly dressed, clearly beautiful smelling, lovely gay men who each have a separate super power: Bobby with his interior decorating and styling skills, Antoni the food connoisseur, Jonathan the long haired style, grooming and “YAZ QUEEN” expert, Tan the fashion professional and Karamo the culture specialist — to keep the straight men in the know of what’s hot and what’s not.
