GREYHOUND racing returns to the Townsville Showgrounds tonight with an 11- race program.

Race six is the Wee Win Kennels second- third grade over 380m, which boasts quite a few chances.

Rockin’ Tonight ( 1) for Danny Preh is normally a good beginner with a best time of 21.9, while Rum Runner ( 2) for Robert Lound ran third last week from box one behind Willie Holdon.

Not A Word ( 3) for Jon Forster ran second last week from box six behind Brindi Chopper and is better drawn this week. Czarny ( 6) for Joan Newnham won last week from box five.

Race seven is the Waters Abrasive Blasting first- second grade over 380m. In this race there are four main chances including Willie Holdon ( 7) for Robert Lound, who has won his last three starts, while Go Prancer Go ( 1) for Rhonda Essery has drawn well and has a best time of 21.88 from this box,

Innocent Man ( 2) for Glen Olsen has drawn well and only needs to jump, while Brindi Chopper ( 3) for Michael Pandelakis is in good form and won well last week from box one.

Race eight is the Joanne Henebery Memorial fourth/ fifth grade over 498m. Phantom Henry ( 5) for Rhonda Essery won from box two last week and has drawn the squeeze box, but he has good box manners and will be hard to run down.

Choc Latte Cloud ( 4) Michael Fusco is worth other chance.

She begins fairly and has good mid- race acceleration.

Sliding Doors ( 3) for Rhonda Essery ran fourth last week from this box behind the kennel mate Phantom Henry and can’t be left out here.

Motown Holly ( 8) for Robert Lound has won from this box and ran a good second last week from this box behind Groovy Sweet.

She has a good strong finish and will be coming home well. for an-
