SADDLE up Cowboys fans – home game tickets go on sale today.

The North Queensland Cowboys will begin their farewell season at 1300SMILES Stadium from March 16 for the Round 1 clash against the St George Illawarra Dragons.

A trifecta of home games – from Round 3 to Round 5 – will follow and fans are being called on to support their team.

Members will have the chance to buy tickets to the first six home games from today while general public tickets go on sale via Ticketek on Monday, February 25.

Cowboys winger Kyle Feldt said the boys were keen to run out in front of a packed stadium each week.

“Nothing beats the atmosphere at a Cowboys home game,” he said. “All the boys are looking forward to running out to a packed stadium full of members and fans cheering us on.”

Cowboys acting chief operating officer Micheal Luck said the club had been busily preparing for the season ahead.

“We have new entertainment planned for our home games and look forward to continuing with fan fav- ourites like free amusements and giveaways for the whole family, halftime games, local talent around the grounds and plenty of places to socialise,” Luck said.

The stadium will once again feature on field co-hosts Glenn ‘Minty’ Mintern and Caroline ‘ Caro’ Tahana, while fans will be entertained by the Cowboys Spirit and mascots Bluey and Miss Moo.
