Hills come alive in subdivision release
ALMOST one month into spring selling season 27 new hillside blocks will be released in Deeragun as part of the Treetops at Oakdale Heights launch this weekend.
Oakdale Heights Estate is a small 260-lot subdivision located in the heart of the Northern Suburbs growth corridor.
Treetops at Oakdale Heights developer Bob Patrick ( right) said the new release was an opportunity for buyers to purchase something affordable and unique to the market, with the blocks perched on the hillside.
“We will be offering prospective buyers a collection of different and exciting house and land packages at affordable prices,” Mr Patrick said. “There is the ‘ grow as you go’ package featuring designs that reflect the ability to add to the size of the home when the need arises.
“We also have our ‘dare to be different’ packages, which feature multi-level houses offering smart designs with open-plan living, taking advantage of the views, breezes and also the use of composite building materials.”
The 27 blocks will range in size from 702sq m to 1425sq m and will be priced from $100,000 with the addition of a $20,000 discount on selected lots.
The Tree House display home is also for sale in the Treetops at Oakdale Heights precinct, giving buyers the opportunity to own the first house built in the precinct.
Jye Bancroft, who recently purchased a house and land package at Oakd a l e H e i g h t s and will be moving in with his family next week, said the location and elevated position attracted him to the estate.
“We liked it because it was nice and central to everything,” Mr Bancroft said.
“Willows is only 10 minutes away, then the shops in Deeragun are only five minutes in the other direction.
“It’s also great that it’s on the hill so we don’t have to worry about flooding or anything like that.”
The launch of Treetops at Oakdale Heights will be open from 11am to 3pm tomorrow and Sunday.
