HOLMES’ SWEET HOME
RETURNING Cowboys superstar Valentine Holmes and his wife Natalia have moved into their new home atop Castle Hill, a stone’s throw from where they were married last year.
Natalia shared snaps of the stunning three-bedroom Queenslander on her Instagram and a video showing panoramic views across Townsville City.
The gym co-owner also shared a video showing the pair and some friends, including Cowboys captain and brother-in-law Michael Morgan, enjoying some quality time on the deck.
The couple were married in an intimate ceremony on Easter Sunday last year before heading to the US where he played NFL for the New York Jets.
In November, it was announced Holmes had signed a six-year deal with the North Queensland Cowboys, with the pair returning to their home town in time for Christmas.
The impressive home has undergone an amazing transformation, with a photograph of the house taken in 1996 showing signs of wear and tear over the decades.
But the photos taken this week of the home – also featuring the couple’s pet pug Leo – show a house back to its former glory with freshly painted timber, white lattice detail and a beautiful rock wall.
Sharing snaps to her Instagram, Natalia captioned the photos: “Home sweet home. I love it more and more each day. #queenslanderhome”.
Renovated Queenslanders are somewhat of a theme in the O’toole family, with sister Brianna – married to Michael Morgan – also sharing snaps on Instagram using the same hashtag.
Brianna shared some photos of her living room interior design, saying “super excited for the install of our pendant lighting and pressed metal ceiling … just in time for Christmas”.
