ESTATE’S LAST LOTS TO GO ON SALE Dream’s alive at Greenview

- ELISABETH SILVESTER

HISTORY will be made with the final release of prime Townsville land offering families the last chance to build their dream home in a highly sought-after community.

Townsville-based residential developer Elements NQ has released the final lots of land at Greenview Estate in Kirwan after its launch in 2005.

The estate sprawls across 365 lots of land with the last five blocks up grabs.

Elements NQ sales director Paul Fotinos said an off-market campaign had resulted in substantial interest with one lot sold and another already on hold.

“Greenview was built in the middle of Townsville’s construction boom where wide streets with large blocks and lush landscaping chocked full of luxurious owner occupied homes was the norm,” he said.

“These final lots will be the last ever built in Greenview and they present a rare opportunity for buyers.”

The five final blocks of land on offer are on average 800 sqm located in a private cul-desac.

Mr Fotinos said that Greenview Estate was a vibrant community with much to offer buyers.

Greenview Estate offers flat land on the lower levels and elevated building blocks stepped into Mount Louisa all linked to parkland, walking and cycling tracks.

“Most of our interest has been from people who already live in the community and want to stay in the area but build their forever home,” he said.

“Greenview has a great reputation as a safe and connected family-friendly community that is home to the popular Christmas lights and Halloween events.”

Greenview Estate is one of Townsville’s most successful land developments and is situation close to schools and also to the Greenwood shopping centre.

Civil works on the final stage of the Greenview Estate have commenced with Elements NQ offering prospective buyers a ‘buy now and pay later’ deal with no time frame to build.
