TINY MOUNTAIN BACK BREWING AGAIN:

-

THE Tiny Mountain Brewery team is back brewing in its Palmer St brewery in time to reopen the venue on Thursday, June 18.

Even better, the Tiny Mountain Pacific Ale, brewed in Townsville, is now available in bottle shops.

Head brewer Dave Mullins and his team are back brewing and they were excited to be reopening soon.

“We can’t wait to welcome people back to Tiny Mountain to relax and enjoy some freshly brewed beers,” Mr Mullins said.

“Initially we will be open from Thursday-sunday with limited capacity in line with the Queensland Government’s advice.”

The team is also excited to announce the Tiny Mountain Pacific Ale, born in the shadow of Castle Hill can now be purchased at select bottle shops in Queensland and the Northern Territory, including Dan Murphy’s and Cellarbrations, here in Townsville.

Mr Mullins said he was pleased that his recipe had taken on a new life and was available to beer lovers across the North.

“There is something special about being able to buy your own beer at a bottle shop, especially knowing that people will be doing the same across the state.

“I have been virtually overseeing the brewing and bottling process at the Malt Shovel brewery in Camperdown, NSW.

“It’s been an interesting process, PRE-COVID I would have flown down at various stages but I’ve been in regular contact with my colleagues helping them with the recipe and they have posted samples up to me here until the sample matched what I brew here in Townsville.

“The team have completed two brewing runs now and I have given it my tick of approval, it’s been bottled, and Tiny Mountain Pacific Ale (4.6 per cent) is available to buy in bottle shops as 330ml bottles in a six-pack or carton of 24.”
