LESSON IN DEMOCRACY FOR LEFTIES

WHAT a breath of fresh air Vikki Campion’s article in Saturday’s Townsville Bulletin was.

For far too long the woke mob have tried to control what we think, what we say, what we do and how we live. I, like many other silent Australians, have had a gutful of it.

Let’s get in the real world and not the fantasy socialist land where the lefties live. They are mainly city dwellers who have nothing to do but naval gazing as a hobby, so the next best thing is for them to cite the end of the world is nigh and to push their distorted view of the world to the point that our children have no hope and no expectations of a future, so why bother with life?

Parents need to have a conversation with their children and find out just what rot some teachers are filling their young minds with.

Like the idea “America started the second world war”. It took me some time to explain to one of my grandchildren that maybe the teacher was misunderstood. I also found out that the teacher is a higher authority and grandmothers are just silly old misguided fools – whose taxpayer dollars paid for the teacher’s education.

And as for Trump, I didn’t know he was god reincarnated, as he is supposed to be the cause of all the world’s misfortunes and wars. What a powerful man he is, according to lefties’ propaganda.

Any leader who puts the people first before politics and power should be respected and protected by the democratic freedoms they stand for.

Well, this so-called fool is not taking this lightly.

If you are a teacher you have to be accountable, honest and without prejudice in your teachings. I am sure most teachers are and only the leftleaning intellectuals would stoop so low as to bring their ideology into a classroom. History should be read and learnt from, not rewritten.

As the Dalek would say in the Doctor Who series: “Exterminate! Exterminate!” And that is exactly what is happening to our democracy.
