Morleys have always had an interest in assisting those in grief with after funeral care and have for many years assisted loss and grief groups and provided helpful resources to the community. Since moving to the Lakes 21 years ago, with better facilities, Morleys have been able to provide free helpful Loss and Grief Seminars to help grieving families and carers during their time of need. Christmas Memorial services are also held each year to bring families together to remember their loved ones during the special Christmas season, when loss can be felt more deeply.
Morleys also offer pre-need funeral arrangement facilities and recommend that people should at least have a think about what type of funeral they would prefer in the event of their passing.
We can record your funeral wishes on file and if you wish, a Funeral Bond can be purchased, the proceeds of which will go towards the cost of your funeral.
We offer another option whereby you can set up a pre-paid funeral contract, paying for the funeral at today’s cost [plus an establishment fee] and nothing more needs to be paid for the funeral as planned in advance.
We also offer a free booklet ‘’Your Story” which allows you to write your story. There are many things you know about your life, but your family may not be aware of that important history. By writing your story, not only will your family be more knowledgeable about your life, but it will also allow your family to better prepare for your eventual funeral.
