ANSWERS NEEDED

Well I’ve done my best, but alas I am a total failure. I started out a little bit on the more diplomatic side, and that didn’t work. I then graduated on to a more aggressive style, questioning their DNA in regard to having a backbone. Well that didn’t work either.

I even tried insulting their male egos by asking their female colleague in Brisbane if, unlike her male comrades, she had some sort of backbone. Still no reply from any of them.

I should have known better, I’ve been trying to get answers from the three in Townsville for years, with very limited success, with one of them occasionally putting his foot in his mouth so badly, I think he may now be too afraid to now answer anything.

And during the last Federal election, their wannabee candidate in Townsville refused to answer questions I put to him in this newspaper so many times, I simply lost count.

And when I went straight to the top and asked the bloke who now leads this country from anyone of a half dozen countries overseas, still no reply.

So the pattern here is painfully obvious to everyone, even to the loyal rusted on’s who blindly vote for them even if they lack a backbone.

I just wish I could understand their way of thinking, their logic. No I am not referring to their political or social beliefs or their ideology.

I am referring to their lack of self pride, that makes them look so weak in this newspaper by continually hiding from questions put to them.

I was going to finish this letter by naming them, but is there any need for this. I am sure every reader of this newspaper, irrespective of their political leanings, knows the politicians I am referring to.

In the meantime, the crime chaos in Townsville continues to escalate, with the new game called Ramming Innocent Citizens In Their Motor Vehicles.

Do we really have to wait until 2024 for a knight in shining armour to ride into Townsville on his trusty stead to rescue us, or is the pressure on this incompetent State government going to grow so high, they will have to actually start responding to the safety concerns of the citizens of Townsville.
