The mangrove problem in Idalia , the ciy council should come to the party straight away. They were the one that allowed the area to be built on , when they knew that it was a flood area . Go in and fix the problem. Rusty kirwan.

Can you believe Federal labor? While in opposition, they thwarted the Morrison government every inch of the way by voting no continually on every one of their policies and now have the hide to say the coalition opposition say no to everything the Albanese Government propose. Nothing like being hypocritical.

Congratulations on the fresh new look of Mondays Townsville Bulletin, but a couple of things are still missing, Mount Isa is still not featured on the condensed version of the ( coloured) map of Queensland, & the daily description of the past 24 hours of weather for Mount Isa as “na na na “is so disappointing. So how about being a sport & put Mount Isa back into your weather reporting. Thank you Ken Green Parkside Mount Isa

(Ed’s note: The weather is supplied by the Bureau of Meteorology, but I’ll see what I can do)

The Holiday’s are here and so is the Fuel Cycle. Surely it’s about time to look at the problem and start asking the Fuel Producers and Companies to explain how they come to there

decisions on Prices. Stephen R..west End

Yes, we definitely need a school shake up, and more doctors, nurses, trades people, and skilled workers in other fields. Yes also, when you leave school, the real learning begins. So while AT SCHOOL begin to prepare for the real World. Learning never ends. M J Reynolds Mt Louisa . “Almost 80 per cent of Australians agree that super is for providing financial security in retirement”. Time to lock that in with a legislated objective for superannuation to make it harder for the Coalition to wreck our retirement system. Steve, Gurambilbarra

The juvenile criminals now control the streets forcing the police to retreat. What’s the point of a police service that cannot protect the community ? Where does this end? Police need to be empowered to take decisive actions when confronted Maurice Annandale

Again, we see police vehicles directed to return to station, after being targeted by juvenile criminal drivers. Seems the new juvi crime legislation is working as predicted, it’s not. To order officers back to station, & allow criminals to go on their merry way, instead of flooding the area with police vehicles & getting these untouchable criminals off the road, is an indightment of the current, incapable, state

administration. The chaos just continues & is now a fact of life in Queensland. Why has my once safe place to live, now become a criminals haven????? Get 4814

Well it’s official folks. Townsville is being run by kiddy criminals. How embarrassing for the police when all cars are ordered off the road because stolen vehicles were targeting police. Let the police do their job.danny Mount Louisa

Business on the strand sell up now before council put in parking meters. F.bear 4814
