NOVEMBER 7, 2021:

The teen and unknown cooffender­s walked through the yards of a number of properties trying to open windows and doors. They entered two vehicles, stealing a padlock and key and some loose change. They ran away when a dog disturbed them.

Charges: 1 x count of entering premises with intent to commit an indictable offence; 1 x count of entering premises and stealing

NOVEMBER 11, 2021

The boy and two others, one armed with a metal baseball bat, tried to enter a female complainan­t’s unit while wearing dark clothing, surgical gloves and masks. When they failed, they entered another home where three victims were inside and stole two handbags, cash, and keys they used to steal a car. The 17-year-old was the passenger in the car as they sped around Mt Isa. He was also involved in an incident with a taxi where the 17-year-old hit the car with the baseball bat before demanding he “give them all his money” after forcing the driver to crash. He was arrested on November 18 and held in custody until getting bail on February 23.

Charges: 1 x count of attempted burglary, in the night, while armed, in company; 1 x count of burglary and stealing, in the night, while armed, in company; 1 x count of unlawfully using a motor vehicle;

1 x count of dangerous operation of a vehicle with a circumstan­ce of aggravatio­n; 1 x count of armed robbery, in company

MARCH 19, 2022

While on bail, the boy and two others committed a series of offences in Townsville, including the incident at Ana BristoweLa­mb’s house.

Charges: 2 x counts of receiving stolen property; 1 x count of breaking and entering premises and stealing; 1 x count of wilful damage; 5 x counts of stealing; 2 x counts of attempted burglary, by breaking, in company, in the night; 1 x count of attempted stealing; 1 x count of burglary, by breaking, in company, in the night; 1 x count of assault occasionin­g bodily harm, while armed, in company
