Why do all the residents who live anywhere near Golf Links Drive have to suffer the extremely loud and prolonged motorbike rider/riders who almost nightly demonstrate to all residents just how loudly they can rev their bikes as they ride through the suburb. Surely, these motorbikes that can reach these decibel levels mustn’t be legal? And they certainly don’t exhibit any consideration whatsoever for the community, especially at night! Whoever you are, we’re not impressed by your motorcycle skills, no matter how desperately you try to get our attention!! M.J. 4817

Free swimming lessons are not what they appear to be. They are not for all children, only those

under 5 years. Only people with a concession card can get them. Only 15000 vouchers are available and they only pay for 2 months of lessons. Anna has given us very little but with lots of deception! Pete at Annandale

Bring on the extra private hospitals for our ageing population, you have

to be dying to get a ward bed in our state facilities and mostly have to wait for one. I don’t smoke, drink to excess and don’t gamble so it costs me $180 per month for top hospital cover, there’s always a private bed available and all the TLC an old man could wish for. Carl Fries, Pimlico.

Oh dear it seems that some folk are offended that the NRL, AFL, A League, Cricket Australia and other team sports seek to acknowledge the contribution of Indigenous

people to our local, state and national teams. A Yes Vote for the Voice will not be divisive, but inclusive, we include Indigenous people in our sports, why not include them in all that we do. GJ, Hyde Park
