myCWT debuts in China
GLOBAL B2B4E travel management specialist CWT has made a big move on the Chinese market, launching its myCWT platform in the country.
CWT said the launch makes it the first global travel management provider to deploy an omni-channel, open API-based platform that has been tailored for the specific needs of the China market.
“The myCWT platform in China has been purpose-built for this market, keeping in mind the priorities and expectations of our customers and their employees,” said CWT General Manager China Albert Zhong.
In China, travellers and travel arrangers will be able to connect with CWT through multiple channels, including a H5 website, a mobile app, messaging, email and phone calls.
The platform will also offer extensive domestic and international travel content; a simplified booking process, from search to approvals and payments; and integration with companies’ internal systems.

The global partnership agreement is available in the USA now, with Europe and Asia Pacific progressively rolling out over the coming months.
CWT has also promoted Scott Hace to the role of Vice President, Enterprise Strategy.
He was previously Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Partners and in his new role, along with his team, will be responsible for developing and delivering key strategic projects, as well as providing material support to CWT’s board.
