BeachStar for Aussie beaches

Every beach is different - and you need a beach wheelchair that's up to the challenge.

The BeachStar was originally designed with European beaches in mind. It's great for the high-density sand and pebbly paths found across that continent, but not so much for the softer sand found in lands further south.

That's why Avant Innovations has adapted the BeachStar to suit our Aussie beaches. That way, everyone can benefit from this easily-portable and packable device.

GET AROUND

Many beach wheelchairs are bulky and need lots of room for transport and storage. That's not an issue when you're visiting a local beach in your own vehicle, but trickier to manage when you're going further afield or using public transport.

The BeachStar can be stored and transported in the carry bag included with purchase (100cm x 60cm x 34cm). That makes it much easier to take with you on your next beach getaway.

Compact transport is only useful if the chair is easy to assemble/disassemble on the go. The BeachStar seat can be put together and taken apart quickly, with no tools (and just one small tool to lock the sun shade into place, if you choose to use it).

CATCH A WAVE

The BeachStar has three wheels, armrests that lift up to assist with transferring, a seat belt, and an optional sun shade. It sits nice and low to the ground, so users can go right into shallow water and splash about while seated. The seat is made from lightweight mesh material that dries off quickly, especially during the Australian summer.

With adjustable footrests and removable sections, you can customise your BeachStar for comfort throughout the day.
