WA 26 March German Car Day

German Car Day is a Drive and Display event supported by all the German car clubs - BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen and is hosted by the Mercedes-Benz Car Club of WA (Inc). Featuring German food, German-themed music and of course plenty of fantastic German vehicles, this event will not disappoint. Meet at the Queens Garden carpark, Nelson Crescent, East Perth, from 8am. The event costs $10 per car and the funds raised go to charity.

QLD 25 March Power Up Car Show & Shine and Swap Meet

The Power Up Car Show and Shine and Swap Meet is being hosted by the Nanango Sporting Association Inc and is being held on Burnett Street, Nanango. All pre-1984 cars and utes welcome with trophies and prizes on offer for show n shine entrants. The event will also have a swap meet, trade stands, market stalls, plenty of good food and family entertainment.

26 March Rust and Chrome

The Rust and Chrome Car show will be held at the Norwell Motorplex. There will be a Show and Shine car show, on tar cruising sessions, 50’s styled drag racing sessions, bike cruising and bike drags. Music provided by Memphis Mayhem Radio, A Pin-up Girl contest, food vans, licenced bar, trade stands and merchandise stands.

26 March Ormiston Swap Meet

The Bayside Vehicle Restores Club Annual Swap Meet is held on Dundas St East Ormiston. Entry for swap sites are just $10 which gives you a site and entry for the driver. The entry fee for shoppers and lookers is just $2 with children under 12 free. There are hundreds of sites selling parts for all types of vehicles so if you are looking for that special part or just cant resist a bargain be sure to come along.

NSW 24-26 March Hastings Old Holdens

The Hastings Old Holden Car Club of NSW invites you to the 10th Annual Classic Cruise and Show n Shine in Port Macquarie. On Friday 24th there will be a meet and greet BBQ from 5.30pm at the Edgewater Holiday Park. Saturday 25th starts with a cruise around the coastal and hinterland region of the Hastings region, Show n Shine from 10 to 3pm, dinner and trophy presentation at Panthers Club.

26 March Narrandera Rod Run

The Narrandera Rod Run is being held on the 26th March so come along to this fantastic weekend to see an amazing array of beautifully restored vintage cars. It is anticipated over two hundred vehicles will be entered in the family oriented fun weekend, with Cruizin’ No Boozing in East Street on Saturday from 6pm to 10pm, and the Show ‘N’ Shine in Narrandera Park on Sunday from 12 noon to 4pm.

26 March Orange Car and Bike Show

The Southern Cross Street Cruisers club are holding their 12th Annual Car Show and 11th Annual Swap Meet at the Orange Showgrounds on the 26th March 2017. Free overnight camping is available with entry strictly from 12pm midday Saturday. For vendors 6 meter by 6 meter sites are available for $20 with full insurance cover for site holders. Lookers entry is $2 per person. Strictly no alcohol on grounds all weekend. Gates open 5 am Sunday.

31 March - 2 April Cruising Nationals

On Friday the 31st March the 2017 Cruising Nationals kicks off at the Deniliquin RSL. Registration, live bands spread over the newly renovated entertaining venue, food and soft drinks supplied Friday night and alcohol sold at happy hour prices all night. Saturday the 1st April the Cruising Nationals will be closing off the Deniliquin aerodrome for 1/8th mile drag racing, burnout competitions, dirt drags and food and trade stands, all for a great family day out. During the Saturday afternoon and night, we will be fencing off the beautiful Waring Gardens in the centre of town where there will be a number of bands playing on stage set up in the park while the entered cars and bikes are cruising on allocated and manned streets full of unique 50s and 60s food vans.

Kalorama Rally

The 61st Kalorama Rally is being held on Sunday 26th March 2017 kicks off with a mystery tour commencing at the Manhattan Hotel in Ringwood at 9am for a 9.30am start. This is one of Melbourne’s pioneering motoring events and has been running since 1956 and features a vast array of cars from veteran to 1990. An inner circle of vehicles of particular interest will be chosen on the day.

26 March Devonport Motor Show

The Show is held at Devonport’s Roundhouse Park, Victoria Parade, a wonderful location, on the foreshore of the Mersey River. The event is open to presenters of all appropriate vehicles, including hot rods, vintage, classic, modern and modified we welcome all. 2 April MAX Pinjarra

MAX has something for everyone from custom classics, hot rods, street machines and motorbikes, to vintage tractors, racing tractors and drag racing cars. There is a horsepower competition on the Dyno and the whole family will be kept entertained with live music from local bands, kids activities, market and trade stalls and plenty of refreshments. SA 1-2 April Mclaren Vale Vintage and Classic Car Event

The McLaren Vale Vintage & Classic is a great family day celebration of vintage and classic motoring. A fantastic mix of food, wine, music and the arts together with the energy and passion of motoring enthusiasts. It offers the visitor exquisite tastes of the McLaren Vale region’s world-class wines, tantalising gourmet food and classic motor vehicles of a by-gone era.Now in its 12th year, the McLaren Vale Vintage & Classic that it now commands two days, taking place over the weekend of 1st and 2nd April 2017 and is set in the relaxed atmosphere of McLaren Vale’s wineries and cellar doors. 1-2 April Mount Alma Hill Climb

2017 will be the ninth running of the Mount Alma Mile Hillclimb, held this year on the 1st - 2nd April at the popular closed road course at Inman Valley, 10km West of Victor Harbor. The 1.6km track is the longest currently being used in SA, and plays host to a field of 160 competitors. Spectator points at the start line, first corner and above the chicane provide great viewing; a shuttle bus ferries spectators the mile to the first corner, however the chicane spectator point can only be accessed by hiking up the slope from the start line. This is the 15th rally to be held by the Townsville Veteran, Vintage & Historic Motor Club Inc. The committee expect between 60 to 80 cars to attend but it would be great to see more than that so if you have a old car (1900-1985) why not come along. Rally headquarters will be the Marian School in Hugh Street in Currajong, Townsville. There will be a show n shine on Saturday morning and some runs around Townsville on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons, also a car gymkhana at the Rally Headquarters.

The Queensland Chapter is proud to announce the Australian Pontiac Nationals has been confirmed for Warwick, Queensland. The national Pontiac event is back in Queensland in 2017. This Vintage & Classic pre 1960 Car rally will be our second running of this annual event, designed especially for early model vehicles (pre 1960) with no major modifications or hot rods. This rally is again organised by the Cooma Monaro Historic Automobile Club Inc., utilising their very modern clubhouse and facilities. This rally will be over scenic sealed roads

The Four Aces Auto Spectacular replaces what use to be the Macley Auto Spectacular and is being held at the Kempsey Showground on the 2nd April 2017. 9 April Robertson Heritage Railway Classic Car Display

We are inviting all owners of historic cars and commercial vehicles, restored or unrestored, provided the cars are 30 years or older vintage, to come along and display their vehicles for the admiration of the public and other car buffs.
